The hotel had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a washer, stove, refrigerator, and bath/shower. It felt like a home away from home. The location was convenient, near two supermarkets, and within walking distance to two metro stations. A major plus was the availability of free bikes for exploring the city without using public transport.
The hotel was quite expensive for a "sleeping hotel" and did not offer housekeeping or breakfast facilities. However, this may have been due to peak season for fall foliage.

During our Easter vacation, we stayed at a hotel that made us feel luxurious and comfortable. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities in perfect working condition. We appreciated the free bicycle rental, which we used to explore the nearby area and take advantage of the great weather.
We found that many nearby restaurants didn't open until dinner, which made it difficult to find a lunch spot when we arrived around noon.

The roof terrace offered a nice view and the location, close to the river and temples, was perfect. The free bike rentals were a bonus and allowed me to explore Kyoto easily. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the self-contained feel of the apartment. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Kyoto.

We enjoyed going on bike rides around the beautiful area and exploring the many museums and restaurants that surrounded us. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean with all the facilities we needed.
The internet connection wasn't always reliable in the evenings, but during the day it was fast and easy to use.

This hotel in *city* exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. the value for money is exceptional. The room, which felt more like a studio apartment, had great attention to detail and came with convenient amenities such as a washer and separate toilet and bathroom. The location in a residential area close to the eastern banks of the river was perfect for a peaceful stay, yet still within walking distance to downtown. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my time there.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were wonderful.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that featured separate toilets and bathrooms, as well as washers for guests' convenience. It was such a relief not having to worry about finding a coin laundrette nearby. Lastly, the hotel's location in a residential area near the Kamogawa river added a charming touch to our stay.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was wonderful and there was nothing that could be improved upon.
